Staff Headshots | For businesses who are looking to provide staff photos on their website. We come to your offices and can easily set up our portable mini studio in a meeting room or a large office.

  • We can come to you or you can come to the studio whatever works for you. With our portable studio, we can set up on location in an office or meeting room with ease and be ready to go in under 30 minutes.

GOT A QUESTION?

Can you set up on site or do we come to you?

Whatever you prefer. We understand that to move staff from your office takes time and costs money so we are happy to travel to you. We have a portable studio that can easily be set up in a boardroom or in an office and we do not need a lot of space to achieve a great headshot.

 

How long will it take?

We understand that your time is precious and that you will want to minimise the time spent away from your desk.  We usually allow up to 10 to 15 minutes per individual as we find this allows enough time for each individual to relax and achieve their best shot.

 

Do you edit the images?

Yes, we offer post production so don’t worry about that blemish that popped up overnight we can deal with it. This is usually standard as we want our clients to look their best but if you would like we can offer advanced retouching involving smoothing and adjusting the tones of skin.

Do you offer advice for preparing yourself for the photo shoot?

Yes, we will send an information sheet in advance of the shoot day of how best to prepare yourself.

 

What size are the images?

We shoot in high resolution with a professional camera.  However, all of our images are available in high, medium or low resolution, whichever format best suits your project needs.

We need the photo to be in line with a company corporate identity?

Not to worry we can easily create or follow an existing corporate style or brand.

Will the images look the same even if they are not taken on the same day?

Yes.  Even if someone can’t make the day or you have a new member join the team we can shoot the same style again so that it will look inline and match the others.

 

Do I get to choose the images I want?

Yes. All of your images will be availabe to view via a password protected proofing site.  It is as simple as marking the image(s) you like. Once we have received your request, we will edit and deliver the finished files via a secure file transfer for you to download when you are able.

 

When will I see my photos?

We aim to have the proofs available within 48 hours. Once you have selected your preferred photo(s) we will edit and finalise these within a further 48 hours.

 

What if I don't like my photo?

We make every effort to ensure we get the best of you on the day. However, sometimes it just isnt happening. No problem, we all have a bad day from time to time, so if you are just not happy we will gladly arrange another shoot for when you are ready.

 

Where should I use my professional photo?

You should use your headshot wherever you need to personalise a profile. This may include; your website, LinkedIn profile, email signature or other social media platforms such as Twitter.  It can also be used in company brochures, articles, PR and other forms of marketing.
